Terms & Conditions:

• Farmhouse Apprentice is a program organized by F&N Dairies Sdn Bhd.
• Contest period is from 1st June to 27th July 2010. Farmhouse Apprentice is open to all Malaysian residents from 18-25 years old (undergraduate or graduate)
• Only entries with 2 x 1 ltr Farmhouse barcode as valid proof-of purchase, complete business proposal and 4R size photo are eligible to enter. All entries must be sent to

• Participating candidates needs to submit their proof of courses, be it a letter from campus or a photocopy of the certificate.
• Shortlisted groups will be contacted via phone.
• The Final Challenge will be held in Klang Valley on 2nd-15th Aug 2010. All cost incurred for the final challenge will be borne by the participant.
• All entries will become the property of F&N Dairies (M) Sdn Bhd, who reserve the right to use the names & Photographs of winners for publicity and advertising purposes.
• Prizes are subject to change for another of equivalent value without prior notice.  All prizes are non-transferable.
• Only applicants which register through their college or university will be in the running to win RM10, 000 worth of F&N Dairies products and a Best Achiever School Trophy Award for their respective school.
• F&N Dairies (M) Sdn Bhd., all its campaign partners and other parties involved in the campaign, including directors, officers and agents are not liable in any way for the following: a) any additional expenses incurred by participants for taking part in this campaign; b) any type o technical failure; c)intervention by unauthorized parties during the campaign; d) electronic or human error in the administration of the campaign; e) any stock that is lost, stolen, damaged wrongly delivered or not received.
• All participants are fully responsible for any injuries, damage or claims whether directly or indirectly caused by their participation in the promotion and from the redemption or usage or prizes.  By accepting or using any prize, the winner agrees to indemnify F&N Dairies (M) Sdn Bhd., all its business partners and others parties related to the promotion, including their directors, officers, employees and agents from any claim, prosecution, judgment, damages, loss or liability incurred related to his/her participation in the promotion, his/her acceptance and/or redemption and/or use of any prize.
