CARAMEL PUDDING
Ingredients:2 cans F&N Evaporated Milk
175g brown sugar
20g caster sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method:1. Caramelize brown sugar and add a very little water. Stir and pour caramel into a heatproof glass dish and set aside.
2. Beat caster sugar, eggs and sieve mixture. Add F&N Evaporated Milk and vanilla essence. Stir well.
3. Pour mixture into the glass dish and steam on high heat until it set.
4. When done, invert onto serving dish and serve hot or cold.
PUDING KARAMELBahan-bahan:2 tin Susu Sejat F&N
175g gula perang
20g gula kastor
4 biji telur
1 st esen vanila
Penyediaan:1. Didihkan gula perang dan tuang sedikit air supaya menjadi caramel atau gula hangus. Tuang kedalam bekas tahan panas dan ketepikan.
2. Pukul gula kastor dengan telur dan tapiskan. Campurkan Susu Sejat F&N dan esen vanila. Kacau rata.
3. Tuangkan kedalam bekas yang berisi gula hangus dan kukus dengan suhu tinggi.
4. Terbalikkan puding kedalam pinggan dan hiding panas ataupun sejuk.
