Beef Congee (Bubur Lambuk Daging)

Ingredients:


80g rice (washed and soaked for 1 hour)
800ml water
1 tin F&N Evaporated Milk
2 tbsp black pepper
250g chicken (sliced thinly and boiled)
3cm ginger (sliced thinly)
3 shallots (sliced thinly)
3 cloves garlic (sliced thinly)
3cm cinnamon stick
2 star anise
3 tbsp margarine
Salt to taste

Garnishing:
Friend Onions
Sliced Chinese parsley

Method:

1. Heat margarine and saute cinnamon stick and star anise.
2. Add sliced ingredients and beef. Saute until fragrant.
3. Add beef stock, F&N Evaporated Milk, rice, water and black pepper. Boiled until back pepper breaks.
4. Add water if required and salt to taste.
5. Garnish and serve warm.



Bahan- Bahan

80g beras (dibersihkan dan direndam 1 jam)

800ml air

1 tin Susu Sejat F&N
2 sudu besar lada hitam
250g daging (dihiris kecil dan direbus)
3sm halia (dihiris halus )
3 ulas bawang merah (dihiris halus )
3 ulas bawang putih (dihiris halus )
3sm kulit kayu manis
2 kuntum bunga lawang
3 sudu besar marjerin
Garam sebagai perasa


Hiasan

Bawang goreng
Daun sup



Penyediaan:

1. Panaskan marjerin dan masukkan kulit kayu manis dan bunga lawang dan biar wangi.
2. Masukkan bahan hiris dan daging. Biar wangi.
3. Tuang air rebusan daging, Susu Sejat F&N, beras dan air serta lada hitma. Didihkan hingga kelihatan lada hitam telah pecah.
4. Jika perlu tambah lebih air dan rasa garam.
5. Hias dan hidang panas.
