  1. The contest period is from 1 May 2008to 30 June 2008. Entries received after this date will not be accepted.
  1. The contest is open to all Malaysians aged 18 and above, except for the employees and the immediate family members of F&N Dairies (M) Sdn. Bhd., its promotion agencies, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, its associate companies and other parties involved in this promotion.
  1. Every two (2) labels or two (2) stickers on product’s front panel are eligible for one (1) entry. Participating products include Magnolia Ice-Cream, Magnolia UHT Milk, Magnolia Sterilized Milk, Magnolia Fresh Milk, Fruit Tree Fresh Juices, Daisy Milk and Farmhouse Fresh Milk. Mix product’s proof of purchased are acceptable. Photocopies of entry forms are permitted. Participants may send in as many entries as they wish but each entry must be accompanied by the required proof of purchase. Contest forms can also be downloaded from www.fndairies.com.
  1. Participants are required to guess the exact total weight of all the Philips products as shown in the contest form (to two decimal places)
  1. The entry with the exact correct answer will win the Grand Prize. In the event that there is more than one entry with the exact correct answer, the participant with the highest number of entries with the exact correct answer will win the Grand Prize and the participant with the second highest number of entries with the exact correct answer will win the First Prize and so on so forth. In the event of a tie, the participant with the earliest entry received will win. 
    In the event that there is no entry with the exact correct answer, the entry with the lower answer nearest to the exact correct answer will win the Grand Prize. In the event that there is more than one entry the participant with the highest number of entries with the lower answer nearest to the exact correct answer will win the Grand Prize and the participant with the second highest number of entries will win the First Prize and so on so forth. In the event of a tie, the participant with the earliest entry received will win.
  1. The first 50 qualified entries received each week for 9 weeks will win the Weekly Early Bird Prize of a Dining Voucher worth RM 50.
  1. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt. Only entries sent to the P.O. Box address stated below will be accepted. All other entries sent via despatch, courier service or Pos Laju will be disqualified. Send your entries to: F&N Guess & Win Contest, F&N Dairies (M) Sdn. Bhd. 70, Jalan University, P.O.     a) Main Prizes:
    Grand Prize: Philips products worth RM 50,000 X 1
    The Grand Prize of Philips products may differ from the products shown on the contest entry form.

    First Prize: Habib Jewels Jewellery set worth RM25,000 X 1

    Second Prize: SuperStar Gemini Cruise Package worth RM11,534X 1 Star Cruises package - 7N Cruise Singapore - Port Klang - Penang - Krabi - Phuket - Langkawi – Singapore. Package worth RM10, 400 for two person (Oceanview Stateroom with Porthole - CD Deck 3). Package includes passenger handling charge and fuel surcharge. Package excludes optional tour. Package valid from Oct 5 till 14 December 2008. Terms and conditions from the tour operators must be observed. In the event, for any reason whatsoever, the winner is not able to travel, is not eligible for the passport or the visa, the whole Second Prize package shall be forfeited.

    b) Weekly Early Bird Prize:

    Weekly Early Bird Prize:Dining voucher worth RM50 each X 50 prizes X 9 weeks

  1. One winner is entitled to win only one Main Prize and/or one Weekly Early Bird Prize. All prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
  1. All winners will be notified by phone and/ or post. Redemption of prizes must be made within 30 days from the date of notification. No claims for prizes will be entertain after this date.
  1. All costs incurred for the collection of prizes will be borne by the individual winners. Winners shall be solely responsible for any taxes or duties payable, insurance, delivery charges out of Peninsular Malaysia and other ancillary costs involved in winning or using any prize.
  1. Incomplete, damaged, illegible, late entries and entries with no or insufficient proof of purchase will be disqualified.
  1. F&N Dairies (M) Sdn. Bhd reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of an equivalent value without prior notice.
  1.  F&N Dairies (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel, teminate, modify or suspend the contest anytime throughout the planned duration without prior notice.
  1. F&N Dairies (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to use the name, address, photograph, particulars and/or documents of all winners for the purpose of advertising and all other forms of publicity from time to time. The winners may be required to attend a prize giving ceremony and/or participate in publicity programmes.
  1. All entries submitted for the contest will be the property of F&N Dairies (M) Sdn. Bhd.
  1. F&N Dairies (M) Sdn. Bhd., all its promotion partners and other parties involved in the promotion, including their directors, officers and agents are not liable in any way for the following: a) any additional expenses incurred by participants for taking part in the promotion; b) any sort of technical failure; c) intervention by unauthorised parties during the promotion; d) electronic or human errors in the administration of the promotion and processing of entries; e) any entry that is lost, stolen, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received.
  1. All participants are fully responsible for any injuries, damage or claims whether directly or indirectly caused by their participation in the promotion and from the redemption or usage of prizes. By accepting or using any prize, the winner agrees to indemnify F&N Dairies (M) Sdn. Bhd., all its business partners and other parties related to the promotion, including their directors, officers, employees and agents from any claim, prosecution, judgement, damages, loss or liability incurred related to his/her participation in the promotion, his/her acceptance and/or redemption and/or use of any prize.
  1. By participating in this F&N Guess & Win Contest each participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the terms and conditions of the promotion and the decision of judges are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
  1. F&N Dairies (M) Sdn. Bhd may at its sole and absolute discretion amend the terms and conditions set herein without prior notice.
  1. For contest terms and conditions in Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin, please refer to www.fndairies.com. In the event of inconsistencies between the three versions of the contest Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
