Terms and Conditions

•  The promotion period is from 15 th March 2007 to 31 st May 2007.

•  The promotion is open to all Malaysians aged 18 and above, except for employees and the immediate family members of F&N Dairies (M) Sdn. Bhd., its promotion agencies, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, its associate companies and other parties involved in the promotion.

•  The prizes:-

•  Grand Prize – one (1) unit of Toyota Avanza 1.5G excluding automobile insurance, registration and road tax. Car colour may vary.

•  Bonus Grand Prize - RM500,000 cash.

•  Special Prize – One Hundred (100) units of Casio Exilim Z60SR Digital Camera .

•  One Year Supply of F&N Sweetened Creamer – four (4) cartons of 48 cans per carton (505g).

•  To participate, purchase any pack size of F&N Sweetened Creamer or F&N Vitaminised Sweetened Creamer. Open the top lid and check the inside of the lid if you have any of the followings:-

•  Original lid with “F&N” Logo – The first 20 participants with the original, correct and complete lid and must be able to attend the Final Event will stand a chance to win the Grand Prize and the Bonus Grand Prize. The 21 st participant onwards with the original, correct and complete lid will win One Year Supply of F&N Sweetened Creamer. In the Final Event, there will be a competition to determine the Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize winner will have the chance to win the Bonus Grand Prize. The 20 participants who attend the Final Event will win a consolation prize of RM1,000 cash each except the Grand Prize winner. Please read the instruction printed inside the lid carefully.

•  Original lid with alphabet “F” or “N” – The first 100 participants who collected and send in both the original, correct and complete lids with alphabet “F” and “N” will win the Special Prize.

•  Redemption of Special Prizes:- Send in both the original lids with alphabet “F” and “N” together with complete personal particulars (name as per I/C, I/C number, address and phone number) by 8 th June 2007 via normal / registered mail to:- Promosi Ganjaran Hidup, 70, Jalan Universiti,46700 Petaling Jaya, Selangor .

•  Redemption of prizes must be made within 60 days from the date of notification failing which it will be forfeited.

•  Only original F&N Sweetened Creamer lid(s) or F&N Vitaminised Sweetened Creamer lid(s) will be accepted. Incomplete, damaged, illegible, modified, late and incorrect proof of purchase will be disqualified.

•  Proof of postage is not proof or receipt.

•  F&N Dairies (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of the same value, without giving prior notice. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable with cash.

•  F&N Dairies (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to end the promotion at any time during the promotion period.

•  All F&N Sweetened Creamer or F&N Vitaminised Sweetened Creamer lids submitted for redemption will be the properties of F&N Dairies (M) Sdn. Bhd.

•  F&N Dairies (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to use the name, address, photograph, particulars and/or documents of all winners for the purpose of advertising and all other forms of publicity from time to time. The winners may be required to attend a prize giving ceremony and/or participate in publicity programmes.

•  F&N Dairies (M) Sdn. Bhd., all its promotion partners and other parties involved in the promotion, including their directors, officers and agents are not liable in any way for the following: a) any additional expenses incurred by participants for taking part in the promotion; b) any sort of technical failure; c) intervention by unauthorised parties during the promotion; d) electronic or human errors in the administration of the promotion and processing of entries; e) any entry that is lost, stolen, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received.

•  All winners are fully responsible for any injuries, damage or claims whether directly or indirectly caused by their participation in the promotion and from the redemption or usage of prizes. By accepting or using any prize, the winner agrees to indemnify F&N Dairies (M) Sdn. Bhd., all its business partners and other parties related to the promotion, including their directors, officers, employees and agents from any claim, prosecut ion, judgement, damages, loss or liability incurred related to his/her participation in the promotion, his/her acceptance and/or redemption and/or use of any prize.

•  By participating in this Promosi Ganjaran Hidup each participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the terms and conditions of the promotion and the decision of judges are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

•  F&N Dairies (M) Sdn. Bhd may at its sole and absol ut e discretion amend the terms and conditions set o ut herein without prior notice.
