Terms and Conditions

  1. The contest period is from 3 March 2008 to 31 May 2008.

  2. The contest is open to all Malaysians aged 18 and above, except for employees and the immediate family members of F&N Dairies (M) Sdn. Bhd., its promotion agencies, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, its associate companies and other parties involved in this promotion.

  3. Every three (3) labels of F&N Sweetened Condensed Milk of any pack size (F&N Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk, F&N Sweetened Vitaminised Milk, F&N Teh Tarik Sweetened Creamer, and F&N Sweetened Creamer) are eligible for one (1) entry. Photocopies of entry forms are permitted. Participants may send in as many entries as they wish but each entry must be accompanied by the required proof of purchase.

  4. Participants are required rank all the 8 monumental moments as provided in the entry form in order of preference with (1) as most favourite and (8) being the least favourite.

  5. PRIZES:-
    i.a)Grand Prize: F&N Café worth RM500, 000 X 1 or RM 250,000 cash plus F&N products worth RM250,000 or
    i.b)Special Prize : RM50, 000 Cash X 1
    ii)Consolation Prize: RM 1,500 Cash X 19
    iv)Early Bird: Casio Exilim Digital Camera X 13

  6. GRAND PRIZE
    Option 1 - F&N Café worth RM 500,000 comprising business and interior design consultation, capital expenditure and working capital.
    Option 2 - RM 250,000 cash plus 10 years of F&N products worth RM250, 000 in total
    (RM25,000 per year)

  7. 20 finalists will be short listed based on qualified entries received that match the pre-determined ranking of all the 8 monumental moments.

  8. If there are more than 20 entries that exactly match the pre-determined ranking, participants with the most number of qualified entries with the exact match all will be selected. If there are 2 or more participants with the same number of match and same number of qualified entries received, the participant with the earlier entry received will be selected.

  9. If there are less than 20 entries with the ranking that exactly match all the pre-determined ranking, the entries with the most number of ranking that match the pre-determined ranking will be selected. If there are 2 or more participants with the same number of exact match and the same number of qualified entries received, the participant with the earlier entry received will be selected.

  10. 20 finalists are required to participate in the Final Event to determine the Grand Prize or Special Prize winner and the other 19 consolation prize winners who will each win RM1, 500 cash.

  11. The 10 th qualified entry received each week for 13 weeks will win the early bird prize of a Casio Exilim Digital Camera. One winner can only win one early bird prize.

  12. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt. Only entries sent to the P.O. Box address stated below will be accepted. All other entries sent via despatch, courier service or Pos Laju will be disqualified. Send your entries to: Detik Gemilang F& N P.O. Box 3030, 47509 Subang Jaya, Selangor.

  13. Finalists and early bird winners will be notified by phone/post

  14. Incomplete, damaged, illegible, late entries and entries with no or insufficient proof of purchase will be disqualified.

  15. F&N Dairies (M) Sdn. Bhd reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of an equivalent value without prior notice.

  16. F&N Dairies (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to end the promotion at any time during the promotion period.

  17. F&N Dairies (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to use the name, address, photograph, particulars and/or documents of all winners for the purpose of advertising and all other forms of publicity from time to time. The winners may be required to attend a prize giving ceremony and/or participate in publicity programmes.

  18. All F&N Condensed Milk labels submitted for the contest will be the property of F&N Dairies (M) Sdn. Bhd.

  19. F&N Dairies (M) Sdn. Bhd., all its promotion partners and other parties involved in the promotion, including their directors, officers and agents are not liable in any way for the following: a) any additional expenses incurred by participants for taking part in the promotion; b) any sort of technical failure; c) intervention by unauthorised parties during the promotion; d) electronic or human errors in the administration of the promotion and processing of entries; e) any entry that is lost, stolen, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received.

  20. All winners are fully responsible for any injuries, damage or claims whether directly or indirectly caused by their participation in the promotion and from the redemption or usage of prizes. By accepting or using any prize, the winner agrees to indemnify F&N Dairies (M) Sdn. Bhd., all its business partners and other parties related to the promotion, including their directors, officers, employees and agents from any claim, prosecution, judgement, damages, loss or liability incurred related to his/her participation in the promotion, his/her acceptance and/or redemption and/or use of any prize.

  21. By participating in this Detik Gemilang F&N each participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the terms and conditions of the promotion and the decision of judges are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

  22. F&N Dairies (M) Sdn. Bhd may at its sole and absolute discretion amend the terms and conditions set herein without prior notice.
