Rules and Regulations
1. This contest starts on 1 March 2009 and ends on 31 May 2009.
2. The contest is open to all residents of Malaysia except employees of F&N Dairies (M) Sdn Bhd, its advertising agencies and members of their immediate families.
3. Photocopies of the entry form are permitted. Entry forms can also be downloaded at the website www.fndairies.com. You may send in as many entries as you wish but
each entry must be attached with a complete cut-out of the front panel of any Sunkist Juice pack with the contest sticker on it as proof of purchase.
4. All entries must be received before 5.00pm on 31 May 2009. Entries received after this time and date will not be accepted.
5. The entry with the correct answer that matches the result of a popular vote by an independent panel of judges will win the Grand Prize. In the event of more
than one all-correct entry, the participant with the highest number of entries with all-correct answer will win the Grand Prize and the participant with the second
highest number of entries with all-correct answer will win the First Prize and so on so forth. In the event of a tie, the participant with the earliest entry received will win.
6. In the event there is no-all-correct entry, the entry with the nearest match will win the Grand Prize, followed by the next nearest match winning the First Prize and so on.
7. The Grand Prize of a Nissan Grand Livina 1.6(A) does not include road tax, car registration and insurance. The actual colour and specification of the Nissan Grand Livina 1.6(A)
may vary from the picture shown on the contest entry form.
8. Winners of major prizes are entitled to receive only one prize with priority given to the higher-ranked prize.
9. F&N Dairies (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to replace the prizes with items of similar retail value without prior notice. Prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash.
10. F&N Dairies (M) Sdn Bhd will not be held liable for any mishaps, injuries or accidents that may occur in the redemption or use of the prizes in this contest.
11. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or without proof of purchase will be immediately disqualified.
12. The decision of the judges is final and no appeal or correspondence will be entertained.
13. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt. Entries dropped off at F&N Dairies (M) Sdn Bhd., or sent via dispatch, courier or Pos Laju will be disqualified.
14. All winners will be notified by post. All entries become the property of F&N Dairies (M) Sdn Bhd. All prizes must be claimed within 30 days from the date of notification.
No claims for prizes will be entertained after this date.
15. F&N Dairies (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes.
Winners will also be obliged to attend the prize-giving ceremony and be involved in subsequent promotion programme, if required.
16. By participating in the contest, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and Regulations and decisions of the judges.
Syarat-syarat dan Peraturan
1. Tempoh peraduan adalah dari 1 Mac 2009 hingga 31 Mei 2009.
2. Peraduan ini terbuka kepada semua penduduk Malaysia kecuali kakitangan F&N Dairies (M) Sdn Bhd, agensi pengiklanan serta kaum keluarga terdekat mereka.
3. Salinan borang penyertaan dibenarkan. Borang penyertaan juga boleh didapati di laman web www.fndairies.com. Anda boleh menghantar seberapa banyak
penyertaan yang anda ingin tetapi setiap penyertaan mesti diiringi dengan panel depan kotak minimum jus Sunkist dengan pelekat peraduan sebagai bukti pembelian.
4. Semua penyertaan mesti diterima sebelum 5.00 petang 31 Mei 2009. Penyertaan yang diterima selepas masa dan tarikh ini tidak aakn dilayani
.
5. Penyertaan dengan jawapan yang betul sepadan dengan undi popular panel hakim bebas akan memenangi Hadiah Utama. Jika terdapat lebih daripada satu
penyertaan dengan semua jawapan betul, peserta dengan bilangan penyertaan tertinggi dengan semua jawapan betul akan memenangi Hadiah Utama
sementara peserta dengan bilangan penyertaan kedua tertinggi dengan semua jawapan betul akan memenangi Hadiah Pertama dan seterusnya. Jika terdapat
keputusan seri, penyertaan dengan semua jawapan betul dan paling awal diterima akan diisytiharkan sebagai pemenang.
6. Jika tiada penyertaan yang tepat jawapannya, penyertaan dengan jawapan yang paling hampir akan memenangi Hadiah Utama, diikuti dengan jawapan yang
kedua hamper memenangi Hadiah Pertama dan begitulah seterusnya.
7. Hadiah Utama kereta Nissan Grand Livina 1.6(A) tidak termasuk cukai jalanraya, pendaftaran kereta dan insuran dan F&N Dairies (M) Sdn Bhd berhak menukar spesifikasi dan warna kenderaan.
8. Pemenang hadiah besar hanya berhak memenangi satu hadiah sahaja dan keutamaan diberi kepada hadiah tertinggi.
9. F&N Dairies (M) Sdn Bhd berhak mengganti sebarang hadiah dengan hadiah yang sama nilainya tanpa sebarang notis. Hadiah-hadiah tidak boleh dipindah milik atau ditukar dengan wang tunai.
10. F&N Dairies (M) Sdn Bhd tidak bertanggung jawab ke atas sebarang kecelakaan, kecederaan atau kemalangan yang berlaku pada masa penebusan atau penggunaan hadiah.
11. Penyertaan yang tidak lengkap, sukar dibaca atau tanpa bukti pembelian akan dibatalkan dengan serta-merta.
12. Keputusan panel pengadil adalah muktamad dan surat-menyurat tidak akan dilayani.
13. Bukti pengiriman pos bukan bukti penerimaan. Penyertaan yang dihantar ke F&N Dairies (M) Sdn Bhd melalui perkhidmatan serahan, kurier atau pos laju akan dibatalkan.
14. Semua pemenang akan dimaklumkan melalui pos. Semua penyertaan akan menjadi hak milik F&N Dairies (M) Sdn Bhd. Semua hadiah mesti dituntut dalam
masa 30 hari dari tarikh pemberitahuan. Tuntutan hadiah selepas tarikh ini tidak akan dilayani.
15. F&N Dairies (M) Sdn Bhd berhak menyiar atau mempamerkan nama dan gambar pemenang untuk tujuan pengiklanan dan publisiti. Para pemenang juga wajib
menghadiri majilis penyampaian hadiah dan mengambil bahagian dalam sebarang
promosi lanjutan, jika diperlukan.
16. Dengan menyertai peraduan ini, para peserta bersetuju untuk mematuhi segala Syarat-syarat dan Peraduan serta keputusan muktamad panel pengadil.
競賽規則與條件
1.此項競賽從2009年3月1日開始，至2009年5月31日結束。
2.競賽公開於所有馬來西亞居民參加，唯F&N Dairies (M) Sdn. Bhd.之職員、其廣告代理與他們的直系親屬成員除外。
3.本競賽接受影印本表格。到我們的網站（www.fndairies.com)獲取競賽表格。您可寄來多份參賽表格，
唯每份表格須附上完整的Sunkist果汁產品包裝正面(從貼有競賽貼紙剪下)作為購買證據。
4.所有參賽表格須於2009年5月31日下午5時之前寄達，逾期所收到的參賽表格將不獲受理。
5.凡搭配答案與獨立評審團投票遴選之答案相吻合的參賽表格將獲大獎。
若有超过一位成功猜中正确答案的参赛者，主办单位将以其参赛表格的数量为标准。呈交最多参赛表格并且成功猜中正确答案的参赛者将成为大奖得主，第
二多的参赛者则成为首奖得主，依此类推。若出现平局的情况，則以最先收到的全對表格為得獎人。
6.如果沒有搭配答案全對的參賽表格，搭配答案最接近標準答案者將贏得大獎，第二接近標準答案者贏得首獎，其他獎項以此類推。
7.Nissan Grand Livina 1.6(A)大獎不包括路稅、汽車註冊費與保險。F&NDairies (M) Sdn. Bhd.有權更換大獎汽車的顏色及規格。
8.主要獎項之優勝者僅能領取一份獎品，以最高獎項作為優先頒發之獎項。
9.F&N Dairies (M) Sdn. Bhd.有權在未提前通知的情況下以相同零售價值的項目取代獎品。獎品不得轉讓或換取現金。
10.在兌領競賽獎品時若有任何事故、損傷或意外，F&N Dairies (M) Sdn. Bhd.將不承擔責任。
11.凡不完整、字跡模糊或沒有附上購買證明的參賽表格將被立即取消資格。
12.評審團的決定為最後決定，一切申訴或洽詢恕不受理。
13.郵寄的證明不得當作收到的證明。凡以派送、快遞或快郵方式交到F&N Dairies (M) Sdn. Bhd.的參賽表格將被取消資格。
14.各優勝者將接獲書信通知。所有參賽表格將歸F&N Dairies (M)Sdn. Bhd.所有。優勝者須在接通知三十天內領取獎品，逾期自誤。
15.F&N Dairies (M) Sdn. Bhd.有權刊登或展示優勝者之名字與照片作為廣告及宣傳用途。在必要時，優勝者必須參加頒獎典禮，及日後任何促銷活動。
16.凡參加競賽者，都必須遵守指定的規則與條件及評審團的決定。
