Magnolia Disney on Ice Promotion Terms & Conditions
  1. Magnolia Disney on Ice Promotion period: 15th December 2008 to 28th February 2009. F&N Dairies reserves the right to extend or end the promotion period prior to the printed date.
  1. This promotion is open to all residents of Malaysia, except employees and immediate family members of the F&N Dairies (M) Sdn Bhd as well as all affiliated agencies/organisations involved in the promotion.
  1. This Promotion is based on Point System. The points collected entitle you for redemption of premiums and stand a chance to win Early Bird Prizes and Grand Prize

  1. Participants can also join the contest without participating in the redemption with minimum of 250points.
  1. Only entries sent by ordinary mail to the stated P.O. Box will be accepted. Entries sent via dispatch, courier or POS Laju would be disqualified as well as damaged or incomplete entries. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt.
  1. By participating in this promotion, participants have agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions, and decision of the judges. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence there on will be entertained.  
  1. In the event of conflict between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version of the Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
Redemption:
  1. All redemption is strictly for the specific product category only (Magnolia Ice Cream, Magnolia Pasteurised Milk & Magnolia Sterilised Milk). Eg: Proof of purchase of Magnolia Ice cream category cannot be mixed with proof of purchase of Pasteurised Milk category or Sterilised Milk Category. Redemption is on while stocks last basis.
  1. Each redemption must be attached with proof of purchase i.e. Magnolia Ice Cream sticks with embossed logo, cup/cone lids, stickers, Magnolia Pasteurized Milk barcode or Magnolia Sterilised Milk barcode as a proof of purchase.
  1. Fill in your personal details and send to Magnolia Disney on IcePromotion, 70, Jalan Universiti, P.O. Box 19, 46700, Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
  1. All redemptions will be sent out by mails 4 weeks after received of redemption entry form together with proof of purchase.
Contest:
  1. The total redemption points will be automatically in the running to win prizes.

  2. Prizes:
    i) Early Bird Prize X 1100: 2 Disney on Ice Show Tickets X 100 winner per week X 11 weeks
    ii) Grand Prize X 1: 3 Days 2 Nights Hong Kong Disneyland Package for 2 adults & 2 Children
  1. How to win:
    i) Early Bird Prize: The first 100 participants every week will win the Early Bird Prize. Week commencing 15/12/2008, 22/12/2008, 29/12/2008, 5/1/2009, 12/1/2009, 19/1/2009, 26/1/2009, 2/2/2009, 9/2/2009, 16/2/2009, 23/2/2009
    ii) Grand Prize: Participants who send in the highest points irregardless of any participating Magnolia products will win the Grand Prize
  1. Points can be accumulated and mixed among 3 products category (Magnolia Ice Cream, Magnolia Pasteurised Milk & Magnolia Sterilised Milk) throughout the promotion period.
  1. You may enter as many times as you like but each participant can only win one early bird prize per week whilst still be in the running for the Grand Prize.
  1. The Grand Prize must be claimed by 30th August 2009 or 6 months after the promotion ends. The Grand Prize is inclusive of 2 adults and 2 children economy class air tickets for winner from KLIA, airport taxes, airline insurance and fuel surcharge, return airport/ hotel/ railway station/ airport transfer at destination. All other expenses should be borne by the winner.
  1. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to F&N Dairies (M) Sdn Bhd and it’s agencies to use the winners’ names and/or photographs for the purpose of publicity, advertising and /or trade without further compensation. Winners will also be required to attend the prize giving ceremony as part of the process. Time, date and venue will be notified to the winner prior to the actual ceremony.
