Efficient Sales Force for Strong Trade Relationships

F&N Dairies is supported by our own sales team via direct trade, as well as over 12,000 resellers and their sales people. The sales team has fostered a strong relationship with their partners by assuring dedicated service and quality products, made possible with logistics and IT support.

We have 12 sales offices nationwide, ten of which are in Peninsular Malaysia, two in East Malaysia, and one in Brunei. Our direct trade partners include:
• Modern trade - supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores and petrol marts. 
• HORECA - hotels, restaurants, cafes
• General retail
• On Premise outlets

While direct trade plays a big part in our distribution channels, the indirect trade also contributes significantly, especially in the rural markets. It is made up of resellers who deal with over 56,000 outlets. Such as sundry shops, Chinese medical halls, smaller coffee shops, stalls and other on-premise outlets.

What makes us effective and efficient?

F&N Dairies uses the SAP computerized system. It is able to breakdown target market demographics to locations, channels and individual outlets by product variants to allow for more efficient distribution. Our sales teams undergo training on a regular basis and are experts in their field.
